About Me
• Aaron Mitchell, CEO and Founder
Born on April 17, 1985, in Madisonville, KY, I developed a strong work ethic from an early age. At just five years old, I worked in my family’s grass-cutting business, where my job was to run gas to my Uncle Jesse’s mower when it stopped. I earned one dollar per yard, an early lesson in responsibility and hard work.
I am a proud father of two incredible sons: Corey William Mitchell (21) and Aaron David Mitchell II (16). Watching them grow into the remarkable young men they are today is one of my greatest joys.
My History in Business
My management career began in 2003 when I became a Market Manager in the meat department at Ingles. I successfully revitalized three underperforming stores between 2003 and 2010. In 2010, I obtained my CDL and became a business partner in State Park Transport, a struggling trucking company. Within 90 days, I turned the company around, increasing revenue by over $750,000 in the first year. I later sold my share back to the original owner.
From 2012 to January 2017, I worked as a driver for Conway LTL. In January 2017, I co-founded the Glenda Mitchell Law Firm with just $5,000. Over the next five years, I grew the firm into an eight-figure business, managing it with one lawyer and approximately 20 legal assistants, creating a highly efficient operational system. It is now a firm generating millions of dollars annually, built on a solid foundation from the start.
In January 2023, I purchased a half-acre of land in Cartersville, Georgia, overseeing the entire build-out, design, and strategic planning for a new business venture. On July 20, 2023, I launched Beauty Bar & Salon by Lucy, developing the business strategy and management plan to ensure efficient operations and sustainable growth. Today, it stands as a thriving success and a leading establishment in the industry.
On October 31, 2023, I was named Office Manager at Samuel Johnson and Associates, a position I held until resigning on December 6, 2024. As of January 8, 2025, I proudly serve as the CEO of Aaron Mitchell Consulting Firm, dedicated to helping businesses streamline their operations and achieve significant growth. I tripled revenue in just one year by introducing a game-changing business model for personal injury law firms. My system drives exponential profit growth while reducing overhead costs, ensuring firms stay at the forefront of the industry.
